Return Process
1. Customers who need to return goods due to incorrect quantity, inconsistent model and product quality problems can apply for return within two weeks after receiving the goods, and will not be accepted if the application is overdue.
2. For returned products, please be sure to keep the complete original packaging (including outer packaging and inner fillers) and ensure that the labels of the goods. The labels of the goods are the evidence for the coordination to return goods. If they are lost, they will not be accepted.
3. If the product is returned due to quality problems, the customer shall provide a detailed performance test report in English as the basis. If necessary, a third party's English test report approved by both parties shall also be provided.
4. Invoiced orders shall be returned after the return application is approved.
